Hi Emad,

The DB is local.

We have a main call-tracking system that is totally customized.  In addition we 
have the Asset Management forms, but we only use a few of them.

We we copied the database, including all the CMDB and Asset Management forms, 
from one server to another, then installed AR system onto it.  We did not 
install reconciliation or assignment engine or approval server.
