Melissa, What is the patch level of the ServiceDesk you are running also is this a new install?

We are getting an error message that says "ARERR[8755] The specified plug-in does not exist: REMEDY.ARF.CAI" After looking through the api, filter and plugin logs, I have found that the filter CAI:EVT:Outbound_Submit_StartFilterAPI_Async_Local appears to be the one that is failing.
