while installing Remedy server 6.3 i am facing problem .i am using oracle as the data base server and while selecting oracle as DB in the installation my windows getting not responding. Here i am using local system as DB server .In DB settings i am not able to select any option if i click the mouse it is not responding.please help me out to solve this problem.
