Mary - notifications going out based on certain criteria - these can be found in the Filters. As far as I know there is no documentation as to what these filters are. Some of the notifications have the name of the filter in SYS:Notification Messages in the Description field, however, not all of them are documented. Remedy said they have had alot of requests for this and I quote "perhpas in the next release".
