Fred, thanks for the response, unfortunately, in my ar.cfg file, I see
no line for the password for ARAdmin account.

I believe you can put the password in plain text in the ar.conf file and
it will work.

If my database password has already changed for my ARAdmin account, how
do I update remedy? Do I have to reinstall? I cannot log in with the
admin tool (of course) to update it, so is there some metadata somewhere
that can be updated?
