Hi, Here are the steps to reset the AR Admin Password.
1) Login to Remedy Administrator. 2) Choose File ---> Server Configuration. 3) Go to Database Tab. 4) Type your password in the appropriate field and click apply. Now you can login to your database with AR Admin account and the new password. Regards.
