Hi,

The ARXMLCreateEntry()-call was noted in the arapires/cmd.log files, I
have not seen it before. Maybe they have ARXML-equivalents for many of the
ordinary API-calls?

The dotnet-client was created on Mid-Tier 7.1/AR Server 7.1.

The dotnet-client was then moved to the Mid-Tier 7.1/AR Server 6.3 where
it does not work.

The Web Service itself was created on AR Server 6.3 and then imported into
the 7.1 system along with the rest of the form and workflow objects.

All the Web Services for reading, GetEntry and GetList, works fine. I have
not checked which API-calls those functions use.

BMC Remedy Support called us up and stated that there were known
compatibility issues between Mid-Tier 7.1 and AR Server 6.3, and that they
had no plans to fix this...
