Yeah, it didn't seem as though it installed Tomcat in the place that Apache/Mid-tier was expecting to find it. I tried installing Apache and Tomcat afresh, and there were some mismatches. I was able to get both of them to start, but could not get mid-tier to connect to it. Thankfully, it was just a sandbox.
What version of Java are you using?
