I think it's talking about the CMDB data model. Be sure that you've set up your AR System sufficiently before starting the ITSM installs, or you'll get strange errors like this. Did you license AR Server before installing any ITSM apps? Did you install CMDB before you installed the other apps?
Give us some more information, and we can probably help you find this.
