I had that same issue and I solved it by installing the CMDB extension
loader separately.  You can find it in the celsdk folder of any of the apps
I believe.

I installed the ARServer with no errors, same with the CMDB.  Thanks for

narrowing it down for me - I'll reinstall the ARServer and CMDDB.  Is there

any cautions as to version for either?

** I think it's talking about the CMDB data model.  Be sure that you've set
up your AR System sufficiently before starting the ITSM installs, or you'll
get strange errors like this.  Did you license AR Server before installing
any ITSM apps?  Did you install CMDB before you installed the other apps?

Give us some more information, and we can probably help you find this.

I'm attempting to install a Remedy 7.1 system and all seems to be
