For what it's worth, here is a detailed installation order document we got
from BMC Premier Support. The doc was written assuming install on a Windows
machine, an install of all the major applications, utilizing Full Text
Search and using IIS as the web server. We were also told that when you are
installing Asset and/or Change, you MUST add the BMC:Financial Mgmt
Application license and at least one BMC:Financial Mgmt User Fixed license.
We did it in the order shown below along with adding the Financial licenses,
and our installs went without issue.

I'm attempting to install a Remedy 7.1 system and all seems to be going
well. However, when I install the Asset Management module it gets almost all
the way through and then throws the error message
"There were failures while loading the extensions". It doesn't give any
error number. I've looked in the install and configure manuals but don't see
anything that relates to "extensions" or any error messages that seem
relevant. Has anyone any suggestions as to what "extensions" get loaded or
???? Thank you.
