If it is affecting all users, then I would not think it were a problem with ar.ini. You might need to <shiver> contact BMC support on this one my friend </shiver>.

Thanks, RemProf On 6/9/08, Remprof <[EMAIL PROTECTED]<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>> wrote: Hi Listers, I have a strange problem in my customized form. I will sumarize it below: 1. Built a display only form. (To act as a console) 2. Put a tree table there. 3. To display the menus, I have used another form and mapped the required fields in the current form based on the qual. 4. The qual is as 'Menu Type' = $z1D Char01$. 5. I am setting the necessary value for the hidden field 'z1D Char01' while clicking the entry point in the Homepage. (It is happening correctly and pulling the records to display in the tree table) Now the problem is, when I am in the parent form and do some changes in the user(Tools > Options), the value in the tree table got vanished. But I could see the correct value in the hidden field, 'z1D Char01'. It is very odd.
