not figure out why this report is not executing in ITSM 7.x.? We are going live 
and I have all these reports from Crystal XI, that are not opening in Remedy.?

There were 3 steps:

1. Add .rpt as attachment to Report Form

2. Fill in Category info in Report Form

3. Click Run Report button
