Thanks Ed! I'm trying to use Remedy's workflow for when you are in incident and you make a relationship Remedy allows you to Relate multiple CIs, but does not allow you to relate multiple Unavailability for CIs.
I'm trying to by-pass the Configuration Item Unavailability dialog window and just set the fields and then do a table loop.
