I have seen multiple Food Network specials and shows about BBQ - that's kinda how I got the idea. Well, that, and that we both love BBQ. My son's been able to keep up with my rib appetite since he was 10. I'm looking for places that the Food Network may have never heard of, but that you have. I don't care what kind of Q it is - if it's grilled or smoked, pork or beef, wet or dry. If it's real good, I want to try it.
