Hi all, I am currently trying to get a remedy alert pop up by inserting a SQL statement to Alert events form.I see that a record has been pushed to that particular form .
When I open the remedy alert I am still able to see the message. I am half way down on what I am trying to get... But the problem is that I am not able to get the pop up. Via remedy filter puish fields I am able to achieve and whay not via Sql insert? Please provide your lights on that....
