Been using it for about 12 years. We have a filter setup that performs a run 
process that passes the info to a telalert client.

We never implemented the process to update tickets. I have info in a training 
manual that shows how to update ticket from a menu. Basically it's done using 
canned text sent to an AR System api client.

Has anyone done TelAlert integration with home grown Help Desk system? 

We are looking to do send messages to Cell Phones and update tickets using 
voice response.
