1. What patch level(s) are you on? ARS 7.1 Patch 002, ITSM 7.1 Patch 003 2. Is this on a Dev/Test environment, or a production server? Dev 3. Does this error occur for all of your configured users? Yes. 4. Is the error produced every time? Or, just under certain conditions? Everytime. 5. Do you have adequate licensing on the server? Yes, I see two users Admin(me) Fixed, Incident User, who have floating license. I have enough licenses. No chance of user getting READ license.
