Isn't the distributed pool form automatically created on a AR Server after
restarting it when a DSO license is applied to a server?

Subject: Installing DSO License key has locked users out of ARSystem.

Hello Listers,

ARS 6.3 Patch 14
MS SQL 2000
Windows 2000

I just added a DSO License key to my production server and every user who has
tried to log in is rejected.
The error message is:

ARERR [3129] No Distributed Pool form could be found on the server user:
jreiser, server: mtn-hotline
ARERR [3129] No Distributed Pool form could be found on the server
ARERR [3109] No Distributed Pending form could be found on the server user:
jreiser, server: mtn-hotline
ARERR [3129] No Distributed Pool form could be found on the server
ARERR [3109] No Distributed Pending form could be found on the server
ARERR [3107] No Distributed Mapping form could be found on the server user:
jreiser, server: mtn-hotline
Cannot login to mtn-hotline as a preference server. user: jreiser, server:
mtn-hotline
I can not get back into the admin tool to remove the key.
I have a call into BMC as critical but we have not received a fix yet.
I was going to remove the line from the arsystem.lic file for the DSO key but
there is a signature entry at the end of the file and I don't know if it is a
check-sum or not.
If you are in the system you can still work. If you try to log in you get the
above error message.

Any ideas?
TIA<
