DSO Forms are created "automagically" after RESTART of ARS when the DSO License is applied.
Same for "automagically" creating the "AR System Server Group Ranking" form after ticking the box "I'm part of a server group"... Sort of frustrating that these "hidden bits" are simply not installed directly when you install ARS...
