Hi All
I wonder if someone out there can point me in the right direction. I have just installed SLA V6 with ITSM V7. The compatibility I believe is fine. The install went off without a hitch, all the SLA forms are there. I have just created a test SLA, the SLA tab shows up on the Incident form, but the SLA does not get attached to the Incident, the SLA table stays blank. Is there some configuration subtelty I am missing? I don't believe it is anything to do with the environment, but I don't know for sure.
