Are you sure, there is an integration installer for v7. Nothing in the compatibility matrix seems to indicate ITSM7 supports SLA6. I have just created a test SLA, the SLA tab shows up on the Incident form, but the SLA does not get attached to the Incident, the SLA table stays blank. Is there some configuration subtelty I am missing? I don't believe it is anything to do with the environment, but I don't know for sure.
