Thats what I said. The integration allows the ITSM 7 applications to use the SLM module. Youd need to rewrite the table field displaying Service Targets to show up in ITSM7.

Because you have different versions, on a single way you wont be able to integrate yor SLA 6 with IM 7x, but you can try to integrate it. On SLA 6x you could "attach" and "monitor" other forms and 3rd applications, check out the Manual of SLA 6x there you will find how to monitor other forms with SLA. I have just installed SLA V6 with ITSM V7. The compatibility I believe is fine. The install went off without a hitch, all the SLA forms are there. I have just created a test SLA, the SLA tab shows up on the Incident form, but the SLA does not get attached to the Incident, the SLA table stays blank. Is there some configuration subtelty I am missing? I don't believe it is anything to do with the environment, but I don't know for sure.
