Unfortunately our Support runs out today, and as they only told us today that they can no longer support us it does not leave to many options open.

With October 1 (tomorrow) being the renewal date for those, this time of year often saw things like this when I was doing pre-sales and such. Turing and BMC may even still be in negotiation over the terms of their contract renewal, since Turing has grown a lot since the last one was signed. If I'm right, you should be able to try it again in a few days to a week and have it go through.
