I hate to speak out of school, but BMC has changed their Support terms for 3rd party support. As I read it, BMC will only allow 3rd party support if they (BMC) grant a waiver for that support to the BMC customer. It appears this is a new position as of the beginning of this year and waivers are few.

However TuringSMI intended to purchase EMS. We got an email about a 2 weeks ago that the deal fell through. We're attempting to renew support but are having a few issues.
