TuringSMI and BMC renegotiated how they deal with the $$$. BMC collects them and doals them out to Turing. I just renewed for October 1st and bought 2 licenses. My timing was bad since they were in the middle of figuring it out. It turned out to be collaboration between Turing and my BMC account rep. It was not a pretty thing.
