The way we have it setup is both windows servers have the email engine
service running.

In the User tool on the AR System Server Group Operation Ranking form,
we have set one of the servers as primary and one as secondary.

As best practice, when rebooting, I always stop the service on the
secondary and restart the primary. Then start secondary. We once had an
issue where both servers were firing off e-mails so users were getting
dupes.

Subject: Email Engine with load balancer

**

Hi List

A question for the email gurus

If you have two servers behind a load balancer, what is the best way to
use the email engine? Do you have the email engine running on both
servers? only on one? How have people configured it, if they are using
load balancer

Thanks for any help

Shafqat
