If I understand your requirement correctly, you may need to look at the form SYS:Attachments, then find the record marked "Survey". You can modify the "URL" field to redirect from the default survey link to any other URL (we have an Army survey we use instead of the ITSM survey form). Also, you can disable the survey link altogether in the "resolved" customer email by nulling out that field, or setting the record "Offline" (or even deleting it, if you want to get drastic). (or Permission to requests) for qualification criteria.(ARWARN 9296)" You hit OK but then it opens the Survey form with no data. I am using the SYS:NotificationsMessages form and there is no link within the body of this survey. It seems to be set in the system somewhere preceeding that form, I can't figure out how to disable this link for surveys.
