Thanks Leonard I tried this and that works great to remove the link but it seems to be a global notification because it removes the link for all notifications on INC, TSK and CHG notifications which I need. I wander if there is a way to disable the web url for just the survey.

I'm not sure what permission? John ** John, I believe you will need to uncheck the ?Web URL? option on filter NTE:NTS:Email_200_SystemNT in order to get rid of that link.
