Dear Salma, If your administrator does not want to turn on POP3 access you can also use MAPI to access the Exchange server. For this to work, you will need to install a local exchange client on your server. You can achieve this by using the MS Office installer (and installingOutlook). Because of this, it will only work if you install the Email Engine on a Windows server. Please refer to the BMC Remedy Action Request System 7.1.00: Administering BMC Remedy Email Engine guide for more instructions on configuring MAPI access.
