        AR uses three different methods to connect to a mail server:
MAPI (using Outlook or a client like it on the AR server), POP or IMAP.

        If your email administrator won't turn on POP or IMAP on the
Exchange server, and there are good reasons not to, see if he would be
willing to install a separate mail server just for Remedy's use. A
simple sendmail or postfix server running on linux would suffice. 

        If the email admin won't do that then you won't be able to use
email with Remedy.

Thanks for the reply. According to mu exchange admin no protocol is
enable
except RPC over HTTP. I really dont understand what he means , Confused
!!!!!!!!!.

Please suggest if MAPI is also not enabled what i should do ?
