We just went from 6.3 to 7.1 ARS servers and it broke our Netcool gateway. If I remember correctly there was an incompatibility between the NCG 6.3 and ARS 7.1. Something to do with how NCG 6.3 does authentication was not working against 7.1 ARS. I cannot tell if you upgrade your NCG to 7.1
