The OOT firewalls on both systems are open. I ran an ethereal scan from the Netcool server as I start the gateway, and even though I have specified the port for the Netcool Remedy gateway to use, it never seems to use that for the destination port. I've sent that information back to my Netcool support. Servers are on the same subnet and are definitely communicating. I'll try to report back if progress is made.
