Ya know, I don't see anything in ar.conf that looks related. In the AR System Server Information form, I have "Preload Tables At Init Only" set to No and I have 20 and 300 (the defaults) for "Number of Preload Threads" and "Number of Preload Segments", respectively, but I don't see anything with 20 or 300 in ar.conf...

It's even faster without the extra language packs. That's a definite improvement over what we were seeing before on 7.1 with ONE language pack installed (6-7 minutes in this environment).
