Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: FOUO Hi all,
Most of my helpdesk are having problems saving/updating their tickets this morning. I found out that the people who cannot save tickets are the ones who have floating licenses. I then looked at my Remedy licenses and all the AR User floating licenses have turned into Read(floating) licenses. Why all of a sudden? Nothing changed/updated on the Remedy system. I have also called Remedy and their recommendation is to restart the server. I thought I ask, since (hopefully) someone out there might have a suggestion/solution that doesn't require a restart of the server. Any help is greatly appreciated.
