Hi Sean,
We are on 6.3 p24 and seen very similar issues.
Workaround: Always create a new web service from scratch, no SaveAs
from other services.
And while creating new service, always give the
service name before selecting the primary form, i.e., immediately
after open up of new webservice creation window enter its name and
then select the primary form and mapping etc..
This trick did work for us as we too get complaints from other teams
that the webservice client they write for remedy services is erroring
out with some namespace issues.
