Customers using a 64-bit Windows desktop operating system (e.g. XP, Windows 7,
Vista) should expect to use the web client. There are currently no plans that
I am aware of to port the Remedy User client to run natively on a 64-bit based
windows desktop operating system.

Doug, David,
We will eventually be going to 64 bit Windows operating system. Will the
windows user tool be enhanced for that with the next release?
