Hi Joe,

I know the issue you're eluding to. I have seen it before also with
SLM.  I don't think we have anything at all that should be using
Tomcat other than the standard mid-tier.

This one has me beat so far. I might have to try putting the mid-tier
on a stand alone server and seeing how that goes.
