My concern is "From 1st June 2009 to 28-Feb-2010 how many re-opened incidents
are in AR system."I could not check each incident's Reopened Date.

Thanks & Regards

** I believe on the Dates tab, there is a field called Reopened Date. You can
check to see if that value is null or not.

Hi there,
Version 7.1.00 Patch 007

How we can get to extract the no of re-opened incidents from Remedy. I want to
see all re-opened incidents. Is there any option in remedy or I have to create
filter for it, please guide me. Waiting for immediate response.

Thanks & Regards
