You can use Advanced search with - 'Re-Opened Date' > "6/1/2009 12:00:00 AM"
AND 'Re-Opened Date' < "2/28/2010 12:00:00 AM" - Condition.

My concern is "From 1st June 2009 to  28-Feb-2010 how many re-opened
incidents are in AR system."I could not check each incident's Reopened Date.

** I believe on the Dates tab, there is a field called Reopened Date.  You
can check to see if that value is null or not.
