OK, so how do you find the tickets that have been re-opened from resolved in the system?

If you reopen from the accerlator tool bar from a Resolved state the reopened date does not get set. If you reopen from a Closed state using the left side navigation bar Functions -> Reopen Incident it sets the re-opened date on creation of the new incident. The two are then linked together. You can check to see if that value is null or not.
