Hi All,
I need help in resolving this issue.
One of my team member left the company, so i made his status as
OFFLINE in " PEOPLE" form and in "USER" form " DISABLE".When i tried
to login he is ble to login and still able to create and modify the
incident. Please help me in this, how to take a user to offline or let
me know in which status should i have to change.
