All, Not sure if this is "as designed" and if it is, if anyone has a workaround.
When a user submits a request via the SRM console, a survey is generated when the request is resolved. However, if the request is submitted for the user directly into the HPD:HelpDesk form, the corresponding REQ is created in SRM but the Survey is not. Any ideas?
