Hi, thier has to be ina workflow wriiten on HPD form wherein if a request is resolved then the relevant survey has to be submitted to the survey form

However, if the request is submitted for the user directly into the HPD:HelpDesk form, the corresponding REQ is created in SRM but the Survey is not. Any ideas?
