All, I am not able to find this on BMC web site and was wondering if someone in this group could help me with this. I was looking for the csv templates that we could use to populate and load it in the Data Load forms.
We are on version 7.6.4. There were csv templates for Foundation data, CI load, Functional Data (Incident/Problem etc). Any help would be appreciated.
