Maybe this has been discussed previously, and I have been searching
to find some answers. But I wanted to ask, has anyone designed something to
generate a trouble tickets in Remedy from alerts from a network monitoring tool?
I am tasked to find a away to integrate Solarwinds/Orion to
generate tickets on event alerts coming from this NMS. They do not like using
Remedies e-mail engine for this purpose. SNMP traps, APIs, etc....
Any advice or clue would be greatly appreciated.
