Bala, support was able to help. I had to set the Authentication Server in the Mid-Tier config tool. This fixed the original problem, but yes, we're getting ARERR 49003, Old Password Is Not Correct. I mentioned this to support a couple of hours ago. I'm glad you responded; now that I know it's un-fixable right now I can move on. BTW 49003 is not in the Error Messages guide. Thanks for the help!
