You are a genius! Yes it was prompting for SA credentials along with db file location/sizes, at which point we knew we can stop the attempt right there.
The installer must have been authenticating because if we put in a bad password it throws an error and doesn't let us continue. Your reply triggered the idea of setting the ARAdmin password back to the default. And what do you know? We have the Upgrade option now. It appears the installer can't work with a non-default password for an upgrade (which does sound familiar now). I should have known better. This goes along with clearing Demo's password and turning off Cross Reference Blank Password. Shouldn't have to but at this point it is habit. Thanks again!
