Terry, I haven't actually seen this myself, just a few (very trustworthy) colleagues. As I understand it, there is no obvious commonality between those users, and definitely not a preference setting.
But we do have concerns over the client being a "thinapp" package, so are suggesting that a few users try the v7 client (which is still available to the users), just to see - we have had some rather strange issues at times due to this thinapp packaging.
