Has anyone faced the below mentioned issue while searching for an incident
in the incident console in Remedy - 7.6.03.**
** User is getting the below error when he tries to run the following
qualification:****
** xxxx= company name
('Status*' < "Resolved")AND ( ('Priority*' = "Critical" AND ('1000000001'
= "xxxxx" OR '1000000001' = " xxxxx " OR '1000000001'= " xxxxx ")) OR
('Priority*' <= "High" AND ('1000000001' = " xxxxx " OR '1000000001'
= "xxxxx")) ) AND
('Summary*' LIKE "%CJ%") ****
** [image: cid:[email protected]]****
When the above qualification is searched without the value ('Summary*' LIKE
"%CJ%") results are displayed. ****
